Please visit our Sign-Up tab to sign up for CF Fitness Camp, Village CrossFit On-Ramp or CrossFit Group Classes!
The month of May runs from the 1st through the 28th. We are closed the following days: May 29th, 30th, and 31st.
All classes start at the beginning of the month. Additionally, you must either take On-Ramp or complete a “skills test-out” prior to joining a CrossFit Group Class.
Scheduling Policy: You must schedule your class at least 1 hour in advance. Once you schedule a session, there are no cancellations or transfers within the 3 hour window. If you do cancel within the 3 hours, you will lose the session. Please obtain prior permission from one of the trainers if you have special circumstances which we will approve on a case by case basis.
By adhering to these rules, we can guarantee that class sizes will never exceed a certain amount and compromise your training quality. You may also join a program after it has started; however, please contact us for a prorated price as you will not be able to sign up at a prorated rate online.
