CrossFit Level 1: Fundamentals
CrossFit Level 1.5: Mechanics and Technique
CrossFit Level 2: Advanced

All classes start at the beginning of the month. Additionally, you must either take CrossFit Level 1.5 or complete a “skills test-out” prior to joining a CrossFit Level 2: Advanced class.

Scheduling Policy:  You must schedule your class at least 1 hour in advance. Once you schedule a session, there are no cancellations or transfers within the 3 hour window.  If you do cancel within the 3 hours, you will lose the session. Please obtain prior permission from one of the trainers if you have special circumstances which we will approve on a case by case basis.

By adhering to these rules, we can guarantee that class sizes will never exceed a certain amount and compromise your training quality.
