20 Minute AMRAP
Partner A: 400m Run
Partner B:10 KB SDHP Squats + 10 KB Step Ups

Partner A will run the 400m while Partner B AMRAPs the KB movements. When Partner A comes in from the run, they will pick up wherever Partner B is on the AMRAP while Partner B goes out on the run.
